Founded in 2022 by Dezio Vittori, an experienced Aufguss Masters with over 10 years of expertise, our team combines passion, deep knowledge of the sauna world, and strong skills in training and professional education.
Despite the recent launch of our brand, our expertise and passion have allowed us to immediately develop professional training courses and events that have attracted hundreds of participants and generated significant interest.

What is an Aufguss School?
An Aufguss school specialises in the theoretical and practical training of Sauna Masters and Aufguss Masters, professionals trained to conduct sauna rituals.
The training covers sauna culture, the correct use of the sauna, towel and ventilation techniques, heat and steam management, and the professional conduction of the Aufguss ritual.
A complete training programme also covers the proper use of essential oils, communication with guests, music selection, and important aspects related to safety and well-being in the sauna.
The Aufguss Masters School
Aufguss Masters is an Italian school dedicated to professional training in the world of sauna and Aufguss, offering programmes for both beginners and experienced Sauna Masters who want to expand and refine their skills.
The training begins with the Basic Course for Sauna Masters and continues with advanced courses and workshops dedicated to advanced towel and ventilation techniques, essential oils, scrubs, classic, modern and show Aufguss rituals, and other specialised areas of the Wellness world.
Our goal is to provide practical, structured and progressive training, combining theory, practice and hands-on experience in the sauna.

Become a Sauna Master with our professional training course!
Through our program you will gain the essential skills needed to qualify as a Sauna Master.
The course includes 4 training days for a total of 40 hours of theoretical and practical lessons.
Thanks to our experience and professionalism, you will follow a complete training path that includes: sauna culture and traditions, leading the Aufguss ritual, use of essential oils, communication techniques, music management, basic techniques, first aid fundamentals, scrub rituals, and other key elements required to become a skilled Sauna Master.

What will you learn during an Aufguss course?
The training of a Sauna Master combines theoretical knowledge, practical exercises and hands-on experience inside the sauna, developing essential skills in conducting the Aufguss ritual, towel and ventilation techniques, and the professional use of essential oils.
Technique and ventilation
During the course, participants learn towel and ventilation techniques, the correct distribution of heat, steam, and the essential skills required to conduct an Aufguss ritual effectively and safely.
Sauna and essences
The training includes knowledge of sauna culture, how the sauna works, and the proper use of essential oils, essences and aromatic elements used during the ritual.
Ritual management
The Sauna Master also learns how to manage timing, music, communication and presence inside the sauna, creating a balanced and ritual while respecting the well-being of the guests.
Certified Training!
Our school offers Professional Certified Training recognized by the Italian Sauna & Aufguss Association, the national reference organization for sauna and Aufguss culture in Italy.

Where are the courses held?
Normally, courses are held in Northern Italy within SPA centers or Hotels.
However, we consider any possibility of collaboration throughout Italy and even abroad.
Are participation certificates issued at the end of the courses?
Absolutely, at the end of each training course, a participation certificate is issued.
